We lose belief in relationships when we lack the skills to make them work. Lack of skills often comes with the feeling of entitlement – which can create confusion and disappointment.
This is why the process of believing in relationships begins with the development of skills. Based on 8 years of coaching and training, I have found that three core skills are necessary.
1. Understanding compatibility so that we don’t choose men who are psychologically incompatible with us.
2. Understanding sexuality so that we don’t walk away from men compatible because of sexual issues.
3. Understanding of what it takes to bond and connect. This one is especially important because most men choose the wrong environments to meet each other.
Once those skills are present – the belief in relationships returns and the success is possible. Without those skills, we struggle and get negatively impacted by the mistakes and the effects of not knowing how to do it.
